    7.    Married Applicant(s) may apply for separate loan(s).
    8.    The lender or anyone authorized by the lender may inspect the Applicant’s property securing this loan for the purpose of determining its value.
    9.    It is Gershman Mortgage’s policy and expectation that every loan applicant will first be considered for conforming conventional loan programs or government loan programs, where available, unless the applicant requests consideration of other programs. In addition an alternative loan product may be offered or recommended based upon the applicant’s credit history and the interest rate desired, as well as the terms and conditions of the loan. Gershman Mortgage may engage in advertising campaigns or targeted solicitations with respect to alternative loans.
    10.    In certain circumstances, we outsource work to other companies. We only share with those companies the customer information they need to do their job. These companies are subject to a thorough selection process, and they are contractually required to comply with strict standards of confidentiality.
    11.    Under the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act, we are permitted to share your name, address, and facts about your transactions and experiences with us among our affiliated companies.
