Jumbo Loans


With loan amounts from $417,000 to $3 million and up to 95% loan to value (maximum loan to value is based on loan size), these loans are perfect for borrowers looking for larger loan amounts.



Interest Only Programs

Allows buyers to pay interest only payments for a set period early in the term while fully amortizing the loan later in the term. These are available on fixed and adjustable rate mortgages (ARMs).



FHA & VA Hybrid ARM


FHA and VA’s new Hybrid ARMs are now available through Gershman Mortgage. These are offered in addition to 30-year fixed-rate loans. The 3/1 and 5/1 ARM, offer an initial interest rate that is fixed for a period of three years. Annual adjustments, made based on the 1-Year Treasury Yield, are limited to annual and lifetime caps. Available for Purchase, Cash Out Refinance, and Streamline mortgages.
