Applying for pre-qualification or a loan is easy using Gershman.com. Just follow these easy steps:

1. Before you Begin
   Visit the Application Checklist in the Printable Checklists section for a list of the information you’ll need to fill out your application.
   
   
2. Create Your “My Gershman” Account
   Fill in the requested information and choose a login and password. For greater security, be sure to include a symbol (non-alphanumeric character) in your password (such as *- _ or.) Don’t forget to record your login and password in a secure location.
   
   Creating a My Gershman Account 1) allows you to save your application in progress, 2) protects you in the event of a power outage or disruption of internet service, and 3) lets you start your application online and then finish it over the phone or in person.
   
   
3. Choose An Application
   Gershman.com offers three options: our fast application (can also be used for pre-qualification), or full applications for purchase or refinance.
   
   
4. Save Your Work
   Your work will automatically be saved every time you move to the next page. You can also click the “Save Progress” button at the bottom of the page to save your application at any time. When you are ready to resume work, simply login to your account on the My Gershman page.
   
   
5. Make Changes
   You can make changes to any part of your application until you click “Submit”. Once you’ve submitted the application, you’ll be able to view your application but you’ll only be able to make changes by contacting Gershman.
   
   
6. Click Submit
   When you click submit, your application will be sent to a Gershman Mortgage loan officer. They will contact you by the close of the next business day. We recommend printing a copy of your completed application for your files (it will also come in handy if your loan officer has any questions).
   
   If you start your application online but would prefer to finish it in person or by phone, you can! Simply click the “Save Progress” button and call us. We’ll put you in touch with one of our loan officers. They will be able to access the information you’ve already input and work with you to complete the application.
