Casey Seabaugh

Casey is the HR Director of Gershman Mortgage. He joined the team in 2020 and previously served as Senior HR Coordinator before stepping into his current role. Today, Casey oversees all human resource functions across the company including employee relations, payroll, recruiting, and day-to-day HR operations.

A graduate of the Southeast Missouri State University, Casey brings a background in social work to his role, which shapes his people-first approach to HR.  He’s known for being approachable, thoughtful and focused on creating a workplace where employees feel supported and empowered to succeed.
