Diane Macko

Diane Macko currently serves as Vice President of Operations at Gershman Mortgage, where she oversees loan operations and plays a key role in supporting efficient, high-quality loan production across the company. Her leadership and deep operational knowledge help ensure teams are aligned, processes run smoothly and clients receive the high level of service Gershman Mortgage is known for.

Beginning her mortgage career at Gershman Mortgage in 1991, Diane has held a wide range of roles throughout her tenure, including loan processor, loan processing supervisor, office manager and senior underwriter. This breadth of experience has given her a well-rounded understanding of the mortgage production process, strengthening her ability to lead operations and support teams across the organization.

She earned a degree in Sociology from Western Michigan University.
