Mike Kodelka

Mike Kodelka joined Gershman Mortgage in 2020 as the Compliance Officer and has worked in the mortgage industry as a compliance professional since 2009.  As Compliance Officer, Mike oversees federal and state lending regulations, compliance risk management, quality assurance and control, licensing, examinations/audits, and complaints. Mike graduated from the University of St. Thomas (St. Paul, MN) with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Education and currently holds the Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification from the American Bankers Association (ABA) since 2018.
