Graham Spence

Graham Spence joined Gershman Mortgage as General Counsel in December 2022. He is responsible for overseeing all of the company’s legal functions, including developing and maintaining the Gershman’s internal and external legal strategies, advising executive and senior leadership on matters related to Gershman’s legal rights, and maintaining knowledge of industry legal and regulatory frameworks. Graham serves as a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association Legal Issues and Regulatory Compliance Committee.

Prior to joining Gershman, Graham was a partner at a boutique litigation firm in St. Louis. He graduated with his Juris Doctor from The University of Missouri – Kansas City and his BA in History from The University of Missouri – Columbia.
