The scholarship is in memory of longtime President, Al Will, whose tenure with Gershman Mortgage started in 1962 and lasted 56 years. He served as President for 20 years until his retirement in 2018. This is the fifth year of Al’s memorial scholarship.

St. Louis, Missouri – June 3, 2024 – Gershman Mortgage, a leader in the mortgage industry, has recently announced the recipient of the Albert J. Will Jr. Memorial Scholarship, Alisa Sonnik. “Alisa is a senior at the University of Central Missouri studying Finance and has been accepted to UCM’s MBA program.  Alisa is also a part-time loan officer assistant in our Sedalia branch.  We commend Alisa on her academic achievements, extracurricular activities, determination, and hard work.  We wish Alisa continued success and good luck as she pursues her future educational and career goals.” -Adam Mason, President
