At every showing, whether online or in person, there’s one question each prospective buyer will ask: “How much does it cost?” The real question to be answered is not the overall sales price of the home but the amount of the monthly payment. Prospects need to know if they can qualify for the loan amount and afford to write the monthly check. Of course, we can help.

Also helpful is our House Payment Interactive. With this tool, you or your prospect can simply enter a sales price and down payment percentage, and the calculator estimates a monthly payment (including mortgage insurance, if needed).
