Gershman Mortgage Named Best Place to Work

Gershman Mortgage, a leader in the mortgage industry, has been named a best place to work finalist by the Saint Louis Business Journal.

The Saint Louis Business Journal named 75 finalists from the Saint Louis area for the annual competition. Gershman Mortgage achieved finalist recognition as one of 15 companies in the large company category, which includes companies with 100 to 249 employees.

The finalists were nominated by Saint Louis area employees asked to complete an employee engagement survey. They survey provided employees an opportunity to provide honest feedback about company culture, engagement, leadership, work experience, and several other factors. Quantum Workplace, an independent engagement company, administered the survey and tabulated the results on behalf of the Saint Louis Business Journal. Employee identity was kept confidential. Rankings are based on the survey results and compared to the results of other employers within company size categories.
