With his unique combination of knowledge and experience, Mark Nehring offers his clients a big picture approach to their lending needs. His multi-faceted interests in the real estate market, lending industry and insurance products, give him a well-rounded view of the mortgage business. Additionally, Mark’s ultimate goal is that of education, not sales. He gives the client the information to make an informed decision and understand why they are pursuing their particular course or loan program. His goal is to offer them informed choices so they can make an educated decision for their specific situation. After graduating high school from Martensdale St. Mary’s, Mark joined the Iowa Army National Guard in the 1088th PSD. Mark is currently still active in the Air Guard and works at the Base Contracting Office as a Contract Specialist.
